THE ELDER COUNCIL
The Elder Council consist of a team of Resident Advisors, led by the Senior Resident Advisor and Deputy Senior Advisor. This team also enlists the Board of Directors spearheading a number of initiatives that continuously allows for the Elsa Leo-Rhynie Hall to prey on excellence.
