Hall Life & Culture

THE WOLF SPIRIT

The Wolf Spirit is symbolic of the culture and essence curated at the Elsa Leo-Rhynie Hall, within and among our residents. This is the energy that drives the comradery and fuels that fiery pride, that keeps the pack going as one unit throughout any and all obstacles faced. The wolf spirit is not one easily extinguished as it is not one that is easily acquired. It is through the orientation period, the bonding sessions, the competitive drive for excellence and the familial bonds formed on the respective towers and floors, among others, that adds to that spirit being created and cemented.

To be a wolf is to be a fighter, resilient, selfless and relentless in pursuit of excellence.

OFF-CAMPUS TOWERITES

The Off-Campus family welcomes you to the Elsa Leo-Rhynie Hall. Our family consists of commuting students that are attached to the hall called Kappas. Being apart of such a diverse community, the Kappa family will always be found participating in outreach, sporting events and even inter-tower activities. Which means even though you aren’t on campus you will never feel left out!

With our main focus being integration we encourage each and everyone of our commuting students to explore all that Towers has for you. That includes the wolf spirit, it would be wrong to think that simply because your  reside off-campus, that you cannot develop it and truly be integrated and apart of the ELR Wolf  Pack. The Off-Campus family is huge part of why the Elsa Leo-Rhynie Hall is the hall that it is, because you will never be made to feel forgotten, but welcomed and supported!

Here is a look at some of the different bonding sessions and link  ups that we facilitate just for YOU!
