Apply & Enroll

Once interested in joining the Elsa Leo-Rhynie Hall, you can click the link below that is marked 'FIRST YEAR APPLICANTS' if you are a first year student and 'SUMMER APPLICATION/SEMESTER APPLICATION'  for all other students.

The link will take you to the respective forms to fill out, and these responses will be filtered to the ELR 'Towers' Hall office for review and consideration. Once the reviewing process has been completed, successful applicants will receive an acceptance  email from the official hall email (towers4development@gmail.com). Once this email is received, you will be asked to accept or deny the offer made in your response to this email, this email will also contain the breakdown for your hall fees as per semester and as per room type. This entire process is usually between the period of late June - July.

Should you be in need of any updates, you may feel free to send a follow-up email to the hall email and await further instructions. However, it is important to note, that the acceptance process cannot be accelerated as there are a myriad of actions that go into the process, and these actions have to be repeated for hundreds of applicants, and as such you can understand that this will take time. The office is always happy to answer any questions you may have but as noted prior, the process takes time and as such  your continued patience is always appreciated.
